Ice Rinks Being Prepared: Work was in full swing again today at the city's ice rinks in an effort to have them prepared for weekend skating. So far this year the weather has severely curtailed use of the skating at the city facilities. Working at West Park is Ray Gibson (foreground), a Parks Department employee who lives at 627 Miller.

Normally all outdoor skating in the city ends by mid-February. This year, however, the area seems to be getting winter's hardest blows as the season nears its end. More snow is expected tonight.
