Jewelry Store Break_in Probed - An unidentified passerby looks on as Sgt. Norman Olmstead of the city police department dusts the window of Burr Patterson & Auld Co., Fraternity jewelers, 1209 S. University, for fingerprints. Olmstead said the window was broken about 6 a.m. today and thieves removed an undetermined amount of rings from the display case. Some of the rings, however, dropped onto the sidewalk as the thieves fled the scene.
