Zeck (second from right), who heads a driver-improvement programs for which the Eastern Kiwanis donated a slide projector and screen, and Gerald Lutz, a member of the Kiwanis Club's traffic safety committee, look on. The sign in the background which provides current driving conditions for motorists was also donated to the Police Department by the Kiwanis Club.
