Relief for Golfers: As every fall golfer knows, leaves add to his links problem once the trees start to shed. But the leaves covering portions of the Municipal Golf Course leave quickly when exposed to the air currents from this blower arrangement which is used at other times for spraying jobs. Here, the blower is clearing the way along the fourth (old 13th) fairway. The Municipal Course, scene of the recent Washtenaw Open which saw Bob McCormick pick up the title held for three years by Howie Slocum, remains open for business--a fact which can be added to the list of unusual November happenings.
