Regents Meeting Open To Press: for the first time on record, the University Board of Regents yesterday opened their meetings to accredited newsmen. U-M President Harlan Hatcher (at at the head of the table, rear) precidies over the session which includes Regents and top U-M officials. Seated around the table to Hatcher's right are Regents Otto E. Eckert, Roscoe O. Bonisteel, Kenneth M. Stevens and Leland I. Doan; State Supt. of Public Instruction Clair L. Taylor, U-M Vice_President Wilbur K. Pierpont and Director of U-M Relations Arthur L. Brandon. On the president's left: Regents J. Joseph Herbert, Alfred B.
