City Police Go To School: City police officers were snooping around all over the Council Chambers at City Hall yesterday, looking for "clues" at a "crime scene" set up by FBI agents. From the looks of the picture, they found plenty to work on in this "safecracking." The Police Department holds an in-service training program one day a month throughout the year, and other agencies, such as the FBI, help in the instruction. Pictured here (left to right) are Patrolman Raymond Woodruff, Detective Harry Gensler, Patrolman Richard Hill, Special Agent Clair Carter of the FBI, Patrolman Elton Cooper, Special Agent Ross Brink of the FBI and Sgt. Headley Downey. The special program was held yesterday afternoon.
