MOUNTED SPIRITS OF HALLOWEEN: Shrieks pierced the gloom surrounding the fairgrounds last night as these apparitions rode abroad. Even in the light of the photographer's flash they were terrifying enough. Underneath it all are Ellen St. John as the headless horseman and Betty Hood as a ghost. Josephine Way representing a witch won first prize at the costume-party-on-horseback held at the fairgrounds.
