New Men On Campus - City Police Lt. Kenneth B. Klinge (right) points out an area his new campus police unit will patrol to Sgt. Harold Rady (left), Police Chief Walter E. Krasny, (second from left) and Staff Sgt. Richard G. Hill. Kling is the new head of the University Unit, a 23-man city police force which is assigned permanently to the campus. Sgt. Hill will be Klinge's assistant and Sgt. Rady is to take over the Police-Community Relations Unit formerly directed by Klinge. The first patron assigned to the unit was dispatched yesterday.

Dangerous Drugs Kit ~ A narcotics and dangerous drug identification kit, prepared by the national Kiwanis Club to aid local police departments in their fight against drug abuse, is presented to Ann Arbor Community Relations officer Lt. Kenneth Klinge by representatives of the city's four Kiwanis chapters. (Kiwanians) from left to right are Lee Roach, Austin Sanford, Eason Chun, Lyle Paige, Harold Schoch and Klinge. The kit is one of many distributed nationwide by Kiwanis Clubs as part of their year's project, "Operation: Drug Alert." All drugs shown in the kit are simulations.
