MAYOR WELCOMES WORLD'S FAIR COURIER: When E. E. Knox, special "good will" envoy from the New York world's fair of 1939, arrived in Ann Arbor yesterday, he was greeted at the city hall by Mayor Walter C. Sadler, Police Chief Lewis W. Fohey and William M. Strickland, manager of the local branch of the Automobile club. Standing in front of the courier's car, they are, left to right, Chief Fohey, Mr. Knox, Mayor Sadler and Mr. Strickland.
