Ann Arbor District Court Judge S. J. Elden looks over "The Drug Scene," a new booklet describing the effects of drug use, which is being published and distributed by the Ann Arbor Police Department. Material for the booklet was gathered by Police Community Relations Lt. Kenneth B. Klinge (left) and Police Chief Walter E. Krasny (second from left). The Ann Arbor Breakfast and Evening Optimist Clubs paid for printing of 7,000 copies of the booklets which may be obtained without charge through the Police Community Relations office in City Hall.
