Trophy And Winning Pistol Team
The Ann Arbor police department’s three crack marksmen, who composed the department’s No. 1 pistol team, are shown with the Governors’ trophy which they won by capturing top class C honors in the Michigan annual police shoot at East Lansing Thursday. The officers are (left to right) Patrolman Roy E. Richter, Sgt. Clark J. Earl and Sgt. Casper M. Enkemann. The trophy was contributed in 1931 by former Gov. Wilber M. Brucker.
