Funeral Services
The flag on the City hall was at half staff today honoring the memory of Charles A. Kapp, retired police officer, who died yesterday, at the age of 63 years.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon in Trinity Lutheran church, with Rev. Henry Yoder officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery. Friends may call at the Graham funeral home until tomorrow noon.
