Award Recipient: Lt. Henry G. Murray of the Ann Arbor Police Department tomorrow will receive the first officer-of-the-month ward to be presented by the Law Enforcement and Industrial Security Association of Washtenaw County. Lt. Murray was recognized for his part in coaxing Andrew Rowe, a recluse, from his refuse-filled home some months ago and obtaining hospitalization for him. Rowe is now Murray's ward.
