Police To Auction Varied Items: If you're in the market for anything from a squirrel cape to an English bicycle, show up at 10 a.m. Saturday at the rear of Ann Arbor police headquarters. There, more than 200 items which police have been holding for months will be sold to the highest bidders. Detective Sgt. Kenneth Klinge, left, holds jewelry to be sold at the auction while Detective Lt. Eugene L. Staudenmaier displays the squirrel cape. The television set, suitcases and trunk in the foreground and the bicycles in the background will be sold.
